What you get

The whole pack, on one intake.

Every shared field is captured once and reused across every document. Personal details, clinic data, supervision arrangements — entered by the right person at the right time, then placed wherever the regulator looks for them.

Regulator application

The complete Medical Board pack

Every supervised-practice form the regulator requires — application, supervision plan, supervisor agreements, supporting declarations. Personal data captured once at intake, placed correctly across every page.

Medicare access

Provider number paperwork + supporting letter

Services Australia application completed end-to-end, with the letter on your clinic letterhead it requires for moratorium-affected IMGs. Wet-ink signature line ready.

Engagement package

Letters and a position description the regulator accepts

Offer of engagement, support letter, position description — drafted on your letterhead in the format the Medical Board reads on assessment. Three-party signing flow built in.

AHPRA-format CV

Doctor and supervisor CVs, restructured the AHPRA way

Both CVs transformed from upload into the precise structure the Medical Board expects. Employment gaps explained, references in the right place, signature line ready.

Tax + admin onboarding

Offshore tax setup, ready before they land

Tax-file-number application prepared while the IMG is still overseas and pre-addressed to the clinic, so their TFN is waiting when they arrive — no postal limbo between countries. Banking setup, ABN guidance, and indemnity-provider links included.

Milestone reports

Mid-pathway and end-of-pathway reporting

Interim review at the three-month checkpoint. End-of-pathway application that closes the supervised-practice conditions at month six. Personal data pre-filled; supervisor signs off.

Add-ons

Whatever else the case calls for

Prescriber number, DVA provider registration, state workers-comp paperwork, certificates of good standing, statutory declarations — generated as the case needs them.

How it works

5% of every fee

Standing with IMGs who left everything behind.

Every IMG who joins the Australian workforce has left family, friends, and the culture they grew up in to care for people here. That weight doesn't show up on the AHPRA application.

So 5% of every Paper Pal fee goes to Drs4Drs — independent, confidential, 24/7 support for doctors in distress. The people who help people deserve help too.

Common questions

What clinics and doctors ask first.

What happens if AHPRA bounces our application?+

First bounce: free re-do. Second bounce: free re-do plus 50% refund if it was our fault. We review every return reason and refine our intake so the same issue doesn't resurface on the next case.

How long does it actually take?+

From intake completion to a signed, AHPRA-ready bundle: typically 10–14 days, gated by the supervisor's availability and any document the IMG is still chasing (criminal checks, COGS letters). The IMG then uploads the bundle through their own AHPRA practitioner portal. The 6-month supervised practice period runs from AHPRA registration. Total pathway: roughly 9–12 months.

Who's responsible if a form is wrong?+

The signatory. We pre-fill from the data each party gave us at intake; you review every generated document carefully before signing. Final responsibility for accuracy of all submitted information lies with the signatory. We treat this as non-negotiable and surface it on every document.

What if our supervisor goes quiet for two weeks?+

Standard: three reminders. After the third missed reminder, our admin team steps in at $50/hr +GST ($150 minimum). When the supervisor misses their first reminder, the clinic is offered the Supervisor Concierge add-on ($1,000 +GST) for white-glove handling — drafting their narrative content from bullet points, calendar coordination, the supervisor module walk-through.

Can we pause if there's a delay?+

Yes, anytime, no penalty. The reminder clock freezes and any documents with expiry windows (criminal checks, COGS letters) are flagged. If something expires during the pause, we'll help you prepare the next required declaration step so the case keeps moving.

Does Paper Pal write our supervision plan content?+

No. We never write substantive clinical content. Your supervisor authors the narrative; we structure and format it, ready for review and signing. We guide the structure; they provide the clinical judgement.

Is our data safe?+

Yes. All uploads go to encrypted storage with signed URL access. Every read of sensitive data is logged. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. We don't share data with third parties — the only parties who ever see your information are you, the people you nominate on your case (clinic, IMG, supervisors), and the regulators they upload the finished documents to.

Do you handle visas?+

No. Visas are handled by the doctor and their migration agent. We track visa status as a dependency and supply employment evidence to the migration agent on request, but we don't lodge visa paperwork ourselves.

Ready to do paperwork properly?

Start a case in five minutes. We'll email the intake links to your IMG and supervisor automatically.
