How it works
Three intakes. One bundle. Six months tracked.
Paper Pal turns the EAP paperwork sprawl into a single guided workflow. Each party fills their own intake — once. We do the rest, end to end, all the way through to your conditions being removed at month six.
- 1
Clinic intake
Clinic — about 15 minutes
Practice identity and accreditation, the role on offer, supervision arrangements, and letterhead. We use this to generate the supporting documents your IMG needs ahead of arrival, on your branding.
- 2
Doctor & supervisor intakes
In parallel — about 15 minutes each
The doctor confirms their identity, registration history and Australian admin status. The supervisor confirms their registration, training currency, and the supervision plan. Each party fills their own piece — never duplicate work, never copy-paste.
- 3
The pack is prepared
No effort from you
Every required document is drafted, formatted, and held ready for review. Personal data captured once at intake flows into every place the regulator looks for it.
- 4
Three-party signature ceremony
Each party signs in turn
Each document opens for signing as soon as it's ready. The right person signs the right thing at the right time — no chasing, no out-of-order surprises.
- 5
Doctor uploads the bundle to AHPRA
The IMG — via myAHPRA
We hand over the fully-prepared, signed package. The doctor logs into their AHPRA practitioner portal and uploads it. Typical wait for delegate allocation: 2–12 weeks.
- 6
Medicare access on arrival
Doctor — wet-ink only
After AHPRA registration is granted, the doctor prints, hand-signs, and submits the Medicare provider-number paperwork to Services Australia. We prepare every field.
- 7
6-month supervised practice tracked
All three parties
Orientation, multi-source feedback, mid-pathway and end-of-pathway reporting. We keep the calendar, fill the paperwork, and close the loop when conditions are removed.
